On a tous vu répandre du sel sur les routes pour empêcher l’eau de pluie de geler. Les rivières et les lacs contiennent de l’eau douce. L’eau de mer est salée, et le sel est un antigel. De la glace se forme à la surface d’une bassine remplie d’eau douce dès que la température descend en dessous de zéro, mais il faut refroidir un peu plus l’eau de mer pour qu’elle se couvre de glace.
MEDITES Phase 1 – OCEAN: OBSERVATION AND DISCOVERY learning pathway
The 2014/2015 school year has just ended and the first phase of the MEDITES project as well.
Among the sessions that form the OCEAN : OBSERVATION AND DISCOVERY learning pathway (see the poster),proposed in the classes involved in the MEDITES project, the most appreciated ones were the following: "Buoyancy", "Ocean Properties" and "Robotic Observation of the Oceans".

« mon océan & moi » invites school classes/groups to share their work on a theme related to the ocean by writing and acting a shadow play as well as producing a video of the show. This video will allow them to take part in the in the contest.
